The Service Manager is responsible for:
Supervision and support of field service technicians/mechanics within our PMP division Overseeing the maintenance & repair, housekeeping and security of the branch facility and equipment Training and safety programs for employees Planning and monitoring of service department sales and expense activity Hiring and evaluation of service department personnel within the division The successful candidate will have:
Lives and breathes road building equipment! Knowledge of Liebherr and Rubble Master equipment a very big plus A good working knowledge of heavy equipment operations and mechanical functions Highly organized Solid service management knowledge Strong diagnostic skills Supervisory and management training in related fields Leadership skills in a specialized repair environment A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects Working knowledge of shop layout Good communications skills with customers, co-workers and management We offer a competitive wage and benefits package, excellent working conditions and ongoing training opportunities.
